Job summary

ScriptPro in Mission, KS is seeking a Technology Program Consultant (inside sales) to build and maintain relationships with customer and prospect accounts within a defined market. You will support the buying journey, promote value-based solutions for pharmacy operations, and collaborate with the Outside Sales team to advance opportunities.

The role is hybrid with on-campus and remote work and operates Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm CST, in a dynamic team environment that values growth and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred.
• 1+ years of sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences and stakeholders.
• Highly motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving environment.
• Highly collaborative mindset with a focus on shared goals and team success.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across cross-functional teams and all organizational levels.
