Job summary

Find Great People | FGP is seeking a data-savvy analyst to join a growing, technology-driven team supporting renewable energy operations across the U.S. The role combines business sense with engineering rigor at the intersection of technology, data, and operations.

You will automate processes using SQL and Python, maintain CRM data and workflows, build dashboards for leadership, and partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a hands on technical role such as analytics engineering, data analysis, business systems, or CRM administration.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with data-driven reporting.
• Experience supporting CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and workflow automation.
• Ability to read, troubleshoot, and modify Python scripts.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Experience identifying process improvements and delivering business-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

• Automate and streamline business processes using SQL, Python, and modern AI tools.
• Support and maintain CRM data, workflows, reporting, and system integrations.
• Build and troubleshoot API integrations between internal and third-party platforms.
• Develop reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for leadership.
• Investigate and resolve data quality issues, including duplicates, inconsistencies, and reconciliation challenges.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Document processes, workflows, and technical solutions to support long-term scalability.
