Target is seeking a Lead Tech Operations Consultant to advance Software License Management (SLM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) capabilities. You will drive operational excellence, partner with multiple business units, and embed scalable governance across software entitlements, deployment, and compliance.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic, hybrid work environment at Target HQ MN.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or portfolio management.
Strong ability to analyze, synthesize data, and translate insights into actions.
Experience connecting financial, operational, and execution data for decision-making.
Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and lead cross-functional efforts.

Responsibilities

Drive operational intelligence by analyzing key tech metrics and surfacing actionable insights.
Lead strategic operational initiatives aligned to portfolio priorities to improve efficiency.
Influence strategy development by synthesizing data and cross-functional input.
Lead day-to-day development and operation of Target Technology's Software License Management.
Partner with Technology, Procurement, Finance, Law, Product, Architecture and others to improve visibility into licenses and compliance.
