Qualifications

• Two years of professional services, public accounting, corporate tax, or law firm experience.
• At least one year of direct experience in tax transaction advisory, M&A tax, or related areas.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Own assigned engagement workstreams, performing tax due diligence and analyses.
• Draft client deliverables and diligence report sections for review by managers and senior leaders.
• Coordinate with client personnel, target-company representatives, and specialists to gather facts and finalize deliverables.
