Pinion is seeking a Tax Senior to deliver specialized tax solutions for clients, combining technical excellence with leadership opportunities. You’ll manage complex projects, mentor staff, and build strong client relationships in a collaborative, growth-focused firm.

The role emphasizes serving clients in the commodity crop sector, with hybrid work options available in Indianapolis, Lenexa, Wichita or Salina.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 2+ years of public accounting experience.
• CPA eligibility/license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and other flow-through entities.
• Lead and manage tax projects, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
• Analyze client data to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams, articulating complex tax concepts clearly and confidently.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering growth and technical development.
• Stay informed on current tax issues and agricultural industry trends to provide proactive advice.
