Job summary

GRF, Focus Business Management is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead tax, accounting and advisory services for a diverse client base. The role is based out of the Century City office with a hybrid work model to balance collaboration and flexibility.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, 4+ years in tax leadership, and CPA or advanced degree. Prior knowledge of AgilLink, GoSystems, CCH Axcess, or SurePrep is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 4+ years in a similar role is required.
• Master's Degree, CPA and/or 6+ years in a similar role is highly preferred.
• Basic understanding of AgilLink is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with GoSystems, CCH Axcess, or SurePrep is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train staff accountants and account managers.
• Review and possibly prepare moderate to complex, multi-state tax returns.
• Stay current with state and federal laws and regulatory changes.
• Provide tax research and multi-jurisdictional planning insights.
