Qualifications

• Lead and manage complex tax engagements for various entities.
• Review tax returns for accuracy and compliance.
• Research complex tax issues and offer practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop staff through training and reviews.
• Support client relationships through proactive communication.
• Assist with business development and client onboarding.

Skills

Active CPA license

6+ years of public accounting experience

Strong technical knowledge in federal and state tax compliance

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Experience with tax software such as CCH Axcess or UltraTax

Education

Master’s degree in Taxation, Accounting, or related discipline
