Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a highly motivated Tax Manager to join its growing tax department. This role will manage the quarterly income tax reporting process, support outsourced income tax compliance and year-end tax provision activities, and liaise with internal stakeholders and external advisors.

The position offers exposure to acquisitions, legal entity restructurings, tax accounting, and multinational operations within a fast-growing organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in corporate taxation or public accounting.
• Strong ASC 740 knowledge.
• Experience coordinating complex tax reporting and compliance processes across multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Taxation or Accounting; CPA ideal but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain quarterly income tax provision analyses (ASC 740).
• Coordinate with Accounting, Finance, and business stakeholders for quarterly tax reporting.
• Assist with tax-related financial statement disclosures and external audits.
• Manage information requests and year-end tax return workstreams with external advisors.
• Monitor tax deadlines, extensions, and notices; respond to federal/state tax notices and audits.
• Support tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and entity restructurings.
