Job summary

Eurofins is seeking a Tax Manager to lead quarterly income tax reporting, support outsourced compliance and year-end provisions, and liaise with internal teams and external advisors. The role offers exposure to acquisitions, tax accounting, and multinational operations within a fast-growing organization in Lancaster, PA.

The position is full-time and hybrid, with standard work hours Monday–Friday. Ideal candidate has 4–6 years in corporate taxation, strong ASC 740 knowledge, and US work

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in corporate taxation or public accounting.
• Strong ASC 740 knowledge required.
• Experience coordinating complex tax reporting and compliance across multiple stakeholders.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Company's quarterly income tax reporting process.
• Support outsourced income tax compliance and year-end tax provision activities.
• Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external tax advisors.
• Oversee tax accounting and related disclosures (ASC 740).
• Coordinate information requests from external advisors for federal, state, and local tax compliance.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and legal entity restructurings from a tax perspective.
