This is a 5-month contract with potential extension and conversion. The role requires four days onsite on a hybrid schedule, offering hands-on experience in wealth solutions and financial services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and process tax harvest requests across webpage submissions, email, and fax.
• Manage a large volume of time-sensitive requests with accuracy.
• Follow detailed procedures and quality controls during processing.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate issues to keep requests moving.
• Prioritize work and meet required timelines.
• Provide support for other team workflows during seasonal downtimes.
• Progress from training to independently handling assigned requests.
