Job summary

BNY is seeking a Corporate Actions Analyst to support daily distribution processing for a portfolio of approximately 15 high-volume broker-dealer clients. This role will enter and validate distribution dates, rates, and NAVs, research fund declarations, and ensure data quality throughout the processing cycle in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a hybrid schedule with on-site hours in Wilmington, DE or Pittsburgh, PA.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail in high-volume data entry.
• Proficient data entry and analytical skills to identify discrepancies.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to complete a data entry test.

Responsibilities

• Enter distribution dates, rates, and NAVs accurately.
• Validate dividend data and perform quality checks.
• Research fund declarations and NAV documents.
• Communicate with asset managers and service providers.
• Follow internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
