Midwest Financial Partners, Inc. seeks a Tax, Communications & Scheduling Coordinator to keep client meetings organized, tax organizers flowing, and signatures moving during tax season. The role is based in the St. Cloud office with hybrid flexibility and daytime hours.

You will manage the advisor calendar, draft client communications, and support the Tax Team while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of Client service experience in financial services or professional services.
• Degree preferred (associate or bachelor’s).
• Enrolled Agent certification preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate tax organizers and input documents.
• Manage the advisor meeting calendar.
• Draft and send client correspondence.
• Serve as first point of contact for scheduling.
• Maintain records in Salesforce and SharePoint.
• Support Tax Team and signature collection.
