Job summary

IdeaTek is seeking a Talent Recruiter to drive full-cycle hiring across all departments, including engineering, sales, and operations. You will represent the company at career fairs and events, building local talent pipelines.

You'll partner with hiring managers to forecast headcount, craft roles, and ensure a high-touch candidate experience, while tracking metrics and maintaining ATS compliance, including Paylocity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter in a high-growth environment.
• Proven track record of successfully hiring top professionals.
• Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools.
• Proficiency with ATS systems (Paylocity a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments including Operations, Sales, Field Operations, and Corporate.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, niche networks, and referrals.
• Lead offers, compensation discussions, and negotiations to secure top talent.
