Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Computer skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint (knowledge of SAP/SuccessFactors is a plus).
• Excellent organizational, communication and relationship management skills.

Aufgaben

• Fill hourly food service vacancies from posting to onboarding.
• Provide full-cycle recruitment support from posting to onboarding.
• Monitor pre-employment criteria in ATS including background checks.
• Assist in planning internal and external Job Fairs and Hiring Events.
• Process changes in system for new hires, terminations, promotions and transfers.
• Maintain employee files and distribute new hire packets.
