• Run the numbers on build-versus-buy before VentureLab signs anything
• Lead due diligence on acquisition and investment opportunities
• Set up the Sacramento, CA team to make calls without waiting on you
• Build the financial case for hiring before the business team drowns
• Stitch together Talent Management and BambooHR workflows that used to run on email
