Job summary

GetixHealth is seeking an Entry Level Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across the organization. This role sources candidates, reviews resumes, conducts phone screens, coordinates interviews, maintains applicant records, and supports hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

The Entry Level Recruiter will recruit for call center, healthcare support, administrative, and professional roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and customer-service mindset.
• Must be willing to learn, be a team player, and deadline driven.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for entry-level and professional positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Create and post job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare offer letters and assist with the offer process.
• Coordinate pre-employment screenings and onboarding activities.
• Ensure applicant tracking system (ATS) records are accurate and up to date.
• Participate in job fairs, recruiting events, and community outreach efforts as needed.
• Assist with employer branding initiatives and social media recruiting efforts.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable employment laws and company policies.
• Generate recruiting reports and hiring metrics as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
