Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in systems analysis, design, or related fields.
• Two years in lead, supervisory, consultative, managerial, or director capacity.
• Experience with Medicaid data quality, governance, or CMS reporting is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate Medicaid data (T-MSIS) to identify quality issues.
• Collaborate with CMS, TennCare Management, and contractors to coordinate corrective actions.
• Support T-MSIS governance and compliance activities with timely submissions to CMS.
• Review design docs, test scenarios, and results to validate system functionality.
• Evaluate test results and identify discrepancies to ensure correct system changes.
• Track defects and enhancements, coordinating with teams for timely resolutions.
