Job summary

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with IS stakeholders and advocate between stakeholders and IS.
• Coordinate with vendor partners to achieve TennCare requirements and contractual obligations.
• Assess current business processes and IS systems to support those processes.
• Define goals and strategies for each initiative or area as assigned.
• Identify modernization opportunities to benefit TennCare IS support and align with goals.
• Create strategic roadmaps addressing short and long term TennCare and program needs.
