Job summary

Tangram Flex is seeking a Systems Engineer to join a focused team that builds and enforces enterprise-level Systems Engineering standards and best practices. You will embed with a customer-focused group at WPAFB, collecting VOC, defining needs, modeling problems with MBSE, and deriving stakeholder requirements, while traveling to Dayton and federal facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of Systems Engineering experience.
• 3+ years MBSE experience with SysMLv1 and Cameo EA.
• Knowledge of MBSE methodologies and requirements management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute requirements decomposition and translate VOC into stakeholder needs.
• Develop MBSE models to define problems and derive stakeholder requirements.
• Govern enterprise-wide Systems Engineering standards and governance.
• Train and mentor team members on MBSE modeling.
• Engage with DoD/government stakeholders and programs.
