Job summary

Qualifications

• Intermediate understanding of AutoCAD software and best practices.
• AA/AS in Business, Engineering, Computer Science/Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Be proficient in AutoCAD and learn AutoDesk Vertical Software (i.e. AUD, Plant 3D).
• Learn to administrate ProjectWise and its functionality.
• Handle moderate user issues that arise with supported systems and tools.
• Work with team to analyze and document business processes and information needs.
• Discuss requirements and deliverables with peer team members.
• Provide timely and professional responses to IT or user inquiries.
