Job summary

Aflac Columbus is seeking a motivated intern to support the Digital Services division in Columbus, GA. The role blends office presence with remote work, requiring at least 60% in-office time and the remainder from home within the continental U.S.

You’ll contribute to project work, data analysis, and reports for management. The position targets students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and offers exposure to business operations, analytics, and leadership development within a Fortune 500

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
Excellent administrative and organizational abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

Provides assistance and works on specific projects within the assigned business unit.
Collects, organizes, analyzes, and prepares reports for management; assists team in identifying process improvements.
Continuously develops analytical, project management, leadership, and presentation skills through involvement in strategic projects.
Receives training and performs duties to become familiar with division functions and policies.
Observes experienced personnel to learn methods and standards.
