Job summary

Streamline WorkComp in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Systems Administrator II to own cloud and on-premises IT operations, focusing on Azure and VOIP platforms. This role blends hands-on deployment with day-to-day admin tasks in a hybrid work setting.

You will manage Entra ID, Intune, AVD, and hosted servers while providing escalation support and maintaining secure, reliable IT services for the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in systems administration or related IT roles.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid identities.
• Experience managing endpoints with Microsoft Intune.
• Experience with Azure, cloud infrastructure, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
• Experience supporting Linux systems.
• Strong troubleshooting across OS, applications, networking, and hardware.
• Willingness to travel locally to a Jacksonville area data center.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Azure Virtual Desktop environments and hosted infrastructure.
• Monitor performance, availability, and lifecycle management.
• Manage Entra ID and hybrid identities.
• Configure endpoint policies and device deployments via Intune.
• Backup Tier 1 Service Desk coverage during high volume periods.
• Troubleshoot Tier 2/3 issues related to hardware, software, networking, accounts, and system access.
• Lead deployments of networked office technologies and device lifecycle management.
