Qualifications

• BS in SE, CS, EE, ME or engineering equivalent.
• Experience with control accounts, including scope, schedule and cost performance.
• Ability to develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, forecasts and metrics.
• Experience with EVM and variance analyses.
• Strong communication and coordination across engineering and program teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, schedule and cost for assigned control accounts per EVM principles.
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts and financial performance metrics for Task Order execution.
• Coordinate with engineering and program personnel to capture progress and update schedules.
• Prepare variance analyses, corrective action plans and status reports for leadership and customers.
• Support cost collection activities including BOM inputs and labor tracking.
• Collaborate with developers, testers and users to coordinate system updates.
