Job summary

The American Federation of Musicians and Employers' Pension Fund (AFM-EPF) is seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to manage our IT infrastructure. You will ensure reliability, security, and performance of servers, networks, cloud services, and end-user computing in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining Active Directory, backups, cybersecurity controls, and working with vendors to keep systems compliant and available for staff across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; master's preferred.
• 10+ years in Windows server environment management.
• Strong AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy knowledge.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Vmware/VSphere expertise and network troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Manage 100+ node network, servers, backups, and security.
• Oversee data center maintenance and vendor coordination.
• Provide advanced network and infrastructure support.
• Support hybrid workforce and remote access.
• Develop documentation and participate in audits.
