Job summary

Radiant Digital is seeking a System of Care Implementation Manager in a hybrid Providence, RI role. You will partner with the Project Director and external partners to design and implement statewide initiatives, coordinating across agencies, providers, and families.

The ideal candidate will manage initiatives end-to-end, handle grants and contracts, and travel within Rhode Island for meetings. Public sector leadership experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Master's degree is required in a related field.
• 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in program management, policy, or system development in health, behavioral health, or human services.
• Demonstrated experience supporting and leading implementation of grants, contracts, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Excellent writing skills, including policy documents, procurements, and reports.
• Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives at once with minimal supervision.
• Ability to travel within Rhode Island for meetings and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Support and plan major parts of the System of Care work in partnership with the System of Care Project Director, Executive Leadership and external partners.
• Independently manage initiatives from policy design through implementation, support statewide initiatives, and align efforts across state agencies, community providers, and families.
• Move easily between strategy and execution, project and program management, and stewardship of strategic partnerships and relationships.
