Job summary

You will support reliable data exchange between banking platforms, build and optimize integrations across Jack Henry environments, and ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 3-5 years of integration experience, knowledge of Mulesoft, APIs, ETL processes, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in system integrations or related field.
• Deep experience with integration technologies including Mulesoft and core banking solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and related collaboration tools.
• Experience with online & mobile banking applications and related workflows.

Responsibilities

• Review alerts, dashboards, and ETL logs to verify transfers and report discrepancies.
• Engage internal teams and vendors to define integration behavior and delivery timelines.
• Document configurations, data mappings, and change logs; support audits and change control.
