Honda is seeking a Sustainability Analyst to engage with direct suppliers in North America on sustainability initiatives, including education, environmental footprint reduction, and human rights due diligence.

The role covers analyzing supplier data, setting targets, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement aligned with Honda's lean practices. Hybrid work environment with some travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sustainability, Supply Chain, or Business (or equivalent experience)
• 0–3 years in Sustainability, Purchasing, and Sales
• Ability to negotiate, manage suppliers, build consensus, and manage projects.

Responsabilités

• Assess and evaluate supplier sustainability data with accuracy.
• Report plan vs actual; monitor industry trends.
• Set supplier sustainability targets and educate suppliers.
• Manage CO2 data for mass production via a third‑party platform.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on initiatives.
• Create continuous improvement activities to support lean practices.
