• Experience with survey platforms such as Qualtrics, SnapXMP and Press Ganey HX.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on survey design and administration to maximize participation and minimize bias.
• Build and maintain relationships with project teams, sponsors, and stakeholders.
• Maintain and validate data in survey software and deliver accurate reports.
