Job summary

Quorum Software is seeking a Support Consultant to join our global team in a hybrid position based in Houston, TX. You’ll manage customer issues end-to-end, collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success, and help scale support practices with AI-enabled workflows.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, proactive communication, and documentation to improve our knowledge base. A background in software support and solid English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of software support or client-facing technical role.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Foundational SQL knowledge or ability to develop quickly.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management tools (Salesforce, ServiceNow, JIRA, ADO).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of customer issues across full lifecycle with triage and resolution guidance.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and customer success to drive resolution.
• Contribute to knowledge base with resolved cases for future use.
