Job summary

Bauer Hockey/ Cascade Maverik Lacrosse is seeking a Supply Planner to optimize inventory, align supply with demand, and coordinate with multiple internal teams using data-driven analysis. You will develop and maintain supply plans and work on capacity planning to meet business needs.

The role requires 3–5 years in forecasting or supply chain management, strong Excel skills, and experience with SAP/Anaplan. A proactive, team-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment will excel.

Qualifications

Forecasting, buying, or supply chain management experience (3–5 years).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excel expertise required.
Experience with SAP and Anaplan preferred.
Knowledge of supply chain trends and issues.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain supply plans based on demand forecast, inventory targets and capacity.
Monitor inventory levels, identify shortages and supply risks.
Collaborate with Demand Planning, Sourcing, Logistics, Sales and Ops to align supply with demand.
Create and submit purchase orders; monitor supplier WIP and address constraints.
Research root causes of inventory issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain planning parameters and system inputs.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and propose process changes.
