Job summary

Sephora is offering a 10-week Supply Chain Strategy Internship in San Francisco (Hybrid). The role provides hands-on mapping and analysis of supply chain operations, developing process models and cross-functional collaboration skills.

You will learn data analysis, process mapping, and problem-solving while contributing to real projects that impact the business. The program runs June–August 2027 with 36 hours/week, PST.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset to identify gaps and dependencies.
• Ability to ask thoughtful questions, listen, and synthesize findings.
• Data analysis and data visualization experience is a plus.
• Experience with Lucidchart or BI/reporting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to map inventory planning workflows.
• Develop structured inquiry to uncover bottlenecks and handoffs.
• Analyze processes against best practices to identify inefficiencies and risks.
• Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations.
• Present findings to leadership and align on deliverables.
• Demonstrate Sephora values in daily work.
