Job summary

Sephora Internship in San Francisco offers a hands-on 10-week summer program in Business Optimization, with 36 hours/week and cross-functional exposure. Qualifications

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to gather insights and draw conclusions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with project management through studies or extracurricular activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite or collaboration software; intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a business optimization project from discovery through recommendations, with potential topics including new stores, POS, and other business processes.
• Visit or contact Sephora stores to understand current processes, gather feedback from store teams, and conduct in store observations as needed.
• Analyze available data and recent store feedback to identify 1 2 programs or processes with opportunities for optimization.
• Create an overview of findings and recommendations, align with the Business Optimization team, and present a full review to relevant business partners.
• Support Business Optimization projects through observations and data analysis, while providing insights and point of view in meetings and consultations with cross‑functional stakeholders.
