Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a business optimization project from discovery through recommendations.
• Visit or contact Sephora stores to understand current processes and gather feedback.
• Analyze available data and store feedback to identify programs or processes for optimization.
• Create an overview of findings and recommendations, and present to relevant business partners.
