Job summary

ABB seeks a skilled Procurement professional in the United States to manage day-to-day supply chain activities, drive supplier performance, and support continuous improvement. You will implement, execute, maintain, and ensure compliance with ABB standard procedures while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This hybrid role in New Berlin, WI reports to the Procurement Manager and involves coordinating with suppliers, improving material availability, and applying established supply chain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in procurement and other supply chain functions such as operations, sourcing, logistics and planning and fulfillment.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP Systems.
• Candidates must already have work authorization to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day supply chain activities to support material availability, supplier performance, cost, quality and reliability.
• Support implementation and maintenance of supply chain processes, tools and systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, visibility and standardization.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders and suppliers to resolve issues and provide status updates.
• Apply established supply chain standards and best practices within the area of responsibility and support continuous improvement.
