#twiceasnice Recruiting is assisting a manufacturing client in Westchester County, NY. They are seeking a Supply Chain Planner with strong analytical skills to manage orders, production and inventory through ERP/MRP systems in a hybrid setting with WFH on Mondays and Fridays.

The role focuses on coordinating with Production Manager, suppliers, and contract manufacturers to ensure on-time customer commitments, accurate ERP records, and continuous improvement of supply chain processes.

Qualifications

• 3 years of supply chain, planning, purchasing, or related manufacturing experience.
• Experience supporting production planning tied to manufacturing operations.
• ERP/MRP experience with strong Excel and overall technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and prioritize production orders based on customer needs and inventory levels.
• Coordinate production requirements with the Production Manager and manufacturing partners.
• Manage work orders, batch tickets, POs, and related transactions in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with vendors on orders, delivery timing, and material availability.
• Monitor production and material requirements and address shortages or delays.
• Reconcile inventory with third-party manufacturers to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Review MRP data and inventory levels to support supply and production planning.
• Review customer orders and help establish appropriate product availability dates.
• Translate vendor and manufacturer information into accurate ERP transactions and records.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and support ongoing supply chain improvements.
