Job summary

Regal Rexnord's Supply Chain Internship Program offers students meaningful, hands-on experience in a global manufacturing environment.

Interns will build functional and technical expertise while contributing to real business priorities across areas such as Corporate Indirect Procurement, Direct Procurement, Operational Purchasing, Logistics/Transportation Services, and Operations/Warehouse Materials Management.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Completed at least two years of full‑time study or equivalent academic progress
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work with data, extract insights from business systems and create meaningful reports
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to support recommendations and business decisions
• Demonstrated ability to manage time, prioritize work and contribute to projects from planning through execution
• Team‑oriented with the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally
• Adaptable and eager to take on stretch assignments in a changing business environment

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to end-to-end supply chain processes through project-based assignments
• Develop analytical and problem‑solving skills and learn how decisions impact customers, operations, and business performance
• Present work to peers and senior Supply Chain leaders and receive mentorship from program leaders
• Build professional connections across Regal Rexnord organization
