Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Completed at least two years of full‑time study or equivalent academic progress
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work with data, extract insights from business systems and create meaningful reports
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to support recommendations and business decisions
• Demonstrated ability to manage time, prioritize work and contribute to projects from planning through execution
• Team‑oriented with the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally
• Adaptable and eager to take on stretch assignments in a changing business environment

Work Model

Work Model: You'll work in a hybrid model, onsite at your designated Regal Rexnord location at least 3 days per week (Monday-Thursday), with flexibility to work remote up to 2 days, including Friday.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous internship, co‑op, project, or work experience preferred, but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to support recommendations and business decisions
• Comfortable learning new tools, systems and processes in a fast‑paced environment

Compensation Details

$19 - $25 per hour

The hourly rate provided is intended to display the value of the company's base rate compensation for all statewide locations across the United States. Hourly rate is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.
