Job summary

Regal Rexnord offers a hands‑on Supply Chain Internship Program designed for students pursuing a degree in supply chain, operations, or related fields. Interns will work on end‑to‑end process projects across procurement, logistics, and operations, building analytical and problem‑solving skills while learning how decisions impact customers and performance.

The program runs ~11 weeks, with hybrid work: onsite at a designated Regal Rexnord location and remote options.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Completed at least two years of full‑time study or equivalent academic progress
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work with data, extract insights from business systems, and create meaningful reports
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to support recommendations and business decisions
• Comfortable learning new tools, systems, and processes in a fast‑paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage time, prioritize work, and contribute to projects from planning through execution
• Team‑oriented with the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and influence others without authority
• Adaptable and eager to take on stretch assignments in a changing business environment
• Interpersonal & Leadership Skills
• Self‑starter with curiosity, initiative, and a strong desire to learn and contribute

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to end‑to‑end supply chain processes and develop analytical skills
• Work on project‑based assignments across Corporate Indirect Procurement, Direct Procurement, Operational Purchasing, Logistics/Transportation Services, and Operations/Warehouse Materials Management
• Present work to peers and senior Supply Chain leaders and receive mentorship
