Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Supply Chain Solutions Analyst to join our engineering and solutions team. You will lead data mining and analytics to uncover operational and customer opportunities that improve margins, reduce costs, and deliver innovative logistics solutions.

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to collect, analyze, and present high-impact projects to internal and external stakeholders, supporting network optimization through data-driven insights and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 1+ years of job-relevant experience or logistics internship experience.
• Experience in managing, executing, and implementing project workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; solid skills in Access and PowerPoint.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and data gathering skills.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication with ability to present analysis.

Responsibilities

• Compile supply chain data and build operational tools to drive network optimization.
• Research best-in-class supply chain practices and apply them to develop innovative tools.
• Develop and evaluate key performance metrics for cost, service, and network performance.
