Job summary

Sysco offers a paid 10-week summer internship program in which participants are involved in much more than the day-to-day operations of the company. Interns will be exposed to real projects and challenges in a dynamic company environment designed to give interns real world experiences on what it is like to work at a Fortune 100 company. Location: This is a hybrid position located in Houston.

Candidates will be local to the Greater Houston area. Relocation is not available.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with concentrations in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.

Responsibilities

• Works with software development, quality engineering, and documentation teams to design and develop features.
• Documents and tests new software applications.
• Participates in design reviews to provide input on requirements, designs, and schedules.
• Researches, investigates, and fixes a wide range of technical issues.
• Ensures quality and performance assurance.
• Proactively learns about new technologies.
