Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, MIS, or related field.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• Strong data analysis skills; Excel and SQL knowledge; Familiar with agile development.

Responsibilities

• Supports the analysis and evaluation of existing systems for performance.
• Collaborates with the agile team to configure package software when applicable.
• Defines potential improvement changes to resolve errors and improve maintainability.
• Simulates and tests suggested performance improvements.
• Documents information for deployment, service and business teams.
• Participates in daily standups, sprint reviews and retrospectives to track progress.
• Learns domain processes and systems to contribute effectively.
