Job summary

Euro Staffs in York, PA is seeking a Studio Designer to join our WallPops design team, creating DIY décor products and developing original designs for production. This role involves executing artwork, licensing collaborations, and bringing products to market with the design and product teams.

You will collaborate on licensed and non-licensed lines, contribute to trend forecasting, and ensure artwork translates to print-ready assets. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years’ experience in graphics and/or surface design.
• BA in Graphics or surface design.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Working knowledge of printing techniques and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to create new DIY products and designs.
• Manipulate artwork to develop décor products, including wallpaper and tiles.
• Coordinate with licensing teams to manage exclusive lines.
• Assist in trend research and forecasting across categories.
• Prepare room-set visuals and sample/mock-up creation.
• Support SKU setup and packaging coordination with Product Info and Graphic Design teams.
• Work with Sales to develop products and presentations for national accounts meetings.
