The Milken Institute School of Public Health at GWU is seeking a Student Finance Assistant II to support the Office of Academic Affairs and Student Services. The role reports to the Assistant Dean for Program Operations and Financial Management and covers monthly expense reconciliations, budget shadowing, reimbursements, and related financial tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Process monthly expense reconciliation reports for various programs.
• Update shadow budgets monthly for school-wide programs.
• Prepare expenditure and reimbursement requests for staff and faculty.
• Reconcile biweekly reports for hourly staff on sponsored projects.
• Coordinate travel needs and process related reimbursements.
• Assist with P-Card reconciliations and other reimbursement requests.
• Process invoices, supply orders, and other financial transactions.
• Reconcile student awards monthly with university records.
• Manage expenses related to sponsored activities and related duties.
