The role centers on CLOs within the Global Finance group, requiring NY bar and 3+ years in securitization or CLO-related work, preferably from a large law firm.

You will advise on sophisticated finance transactions, collaborate globally, and navigate regulatory requirements while delivering innovative financing solutions.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school
• Active Bar Admission in the State of New York
• 3+ years of securitization and structured finance experience, or transactional experience transitioning to CLOs
• Experience with private credit, CLOs, fund finance, NAV-based facilities, or subscription line facilities
• Large law firm experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Advise on a wide range of structured finance and securitization matters, focusing on CLOs
• Represent asset managers, equity investors, and underwriters in structuring and executing complex transactions
• Collaborate with a global team to provide cutting-edge legal services in structured Finance and capital markets
• Ensure regulatory compliance while advising clients on innovative financing solutions
