The Recruiting Hive is assisting an AmLaw 50 international law firm in locating a Structured Credit & Collateralized Loan Obligations Associate Attorney. The role supports the Global Finance group across New York and other listed markets, focusing on CLOs and sophisticated securitization work.

Ideal candidates hold a JD from a top law school, active New York Bar admission, and 3+ years in securitization/structured finance or CLO-focused transactions.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with strong academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in New York.
• 3+ years of substantive securitization and structured finance experience, or transactional experience with CLOs.

Responsibilities

• Advise on structured finance and securitization matters with a focus on CLOs.
• Represent clients in structuring and executing complex financial transactions.
• Collaborate with a global team to provide legal services in structured finance and capital markets.
• Ensure regulatory compliance while advising on innovative financing solutions.
