Job summary

Sun Recruiting, Inc. is assisting a respected AmLaw 50 international law firm in recruiting a Structured Credit & Collateralized Loan Obligations Associate Attorney to join their Global Finance group.

Locations include New York, NY, Philadelphia, PA, Boston, MA, Washington, DC, and Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in securitization and structured finance and an active NY bar admission.

Qualifications

JD from a top-tier law school with strong academics.
Active New York Bar Admission is required.
3+ years of substantive securitization and structured finance experience, or transactional experience aiming to CLOs.
Experience with private credit, CLOs, fund finance, NAV-based facilities, or subscription line facilities is preferred but not required.
Large law firm experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Advise on a wide range of structured finance and securitization matters, focusing on CLOs.
Represent asset managers, investors, and underwriters in structuring and executing complex transactions.
Collaborate with a global team to deliver cutting-edge legal services in structured finance and capital markets.
Ensure regulatory compliance while advising on innovative financing solutions.
