Job summary

You will develop structural foundation and steel models, drawings, and details using OpenBuildings, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Bluebeam, under general supervision.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in drafting or engineering design technology preferred.
• Typically, a minimum of 2 years related work experience.
• Ability to complete onboarding requirements including background checks and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Supports engineering teams under general supervision.
• Uses design software (CAD, BIM, 3D modeling) to create and modify drawings.
• Creates, updates, and maintains technical documentation and project deliverables.
• Provide mentorship to junior technicians and stay current on BV standards.
