Job summary

ON-Board Services is seeking an Intermediate Structural Designer in Tempe, AZ, offering hybrid work options. The role focuses on developing structural models and producing complete plans using Revit or similar software for industrial facilities, including semiconductor-related projects.

The candidate should have at least 2 years drafting/design experience in structural fields and 1 year of Revit experience, with strong collaboration and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completed coursework in Computer-Aided Drafting and Design.
• Minimum of 2 years drafting/design experience in the structural field.
• Minimum of 1 year Revit experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop 3D structural models based on verbal instructions or rough sketches.
• Produce complete drawings or portions of drawing sets for assigned scope.
• Apply department and client standards consistently with normal review and feedback.
• Take ownership of assigned scope within defined direction and project requirements.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of own work prior to submission.
• Support coordination with related disciplines as required for assigned scope.
• Participate in coordination, QA/QC, BIM, or similar processes as assigned.
• Execute tasks independently after initial direction for routine work.
