Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree related to Structural Technology.
• Experience using Autodesk Revit for structural design, drafting, and 3D modeling.
• Foundational knowledge of structural or foundation engineering concepts.
• Ability to apply fundamental engineering concepts and mathematical formulas to design tasks under supervision.
• Experience with concrete and steel structures.
• Proficiency with CAD tools for 2D/3D modeling.
• Understanding BIM processes and workflows.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Willingness to grow in CAD/BIM coordination

Responsibilities

• Prepare structural drawings for all project phases using Revit.
• Adhere to quality management and drafting standards.
• Participate in CAD/BIM Coordinator Certification program.
• Serve as CAD/BIM Coordinator on projects.
• Review vendor drawings for contract compliance.
• Visit job sites to gain field experience.
• Support safety culture in office and field.
• Develop and detail structural elements (steel, concrete, foundations).
• Collaborate with team and clients; prepare written reports.
