Job summary

AEC Recruiting Solutions LLC is seeking a Structural Design Engineer (EIT) for the Denver metro area. The firm emphasizes practical, constructability‑driven design and mentorship in a collaborative environment, with hybrid work options.

Design and analyze structures in concrete, steel, wood, and masonry; coordinate with BIM staff; and support project teams from concept through construction. BS in Civil/Architectural Engineering and 1–4 years’ experience required; EIT preferred.

Qualifications

• EIT preferred and licensed status is helpful.
• BS in Civil or Architectural Engineering is required.
• 1–4 years of structural design experience on commercial buildings is desired.
• Experience with AutoCAD, REVIT, RAM, or RISA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze building structures in concrete, steel, post-tensioned concrete, wood, masonry, and cold‑formed steel.
• Work on multifamily, hospitality, mixed‑use, education, retail, and senior living projects.
• Prepare calculations, drawings, and details, coordinating closely with BIM staff.
• Assist senior engineers in coordinating with architects and contractors.
• Support construction administration, including RFIs, submittal reviews, and site visits.
• Learn from experienced engineers and principals through hands‑on mentorship and weekly technical training.
